Temp rise 2 days after O??

Good morning girls!!

Quick question...has anyone ever gotten a temp rise not one, but 2 days after they thought they ovulated?? I was pretty sure I was ovulating last night around 7 pm, had super sharp ovulation pains/cramping for about an hour. I had gotten positive OPKs yesterday and the day before. So I expected to wake up to a temp rise, but it didn't happen! Could I get the temp rise tomorrow instead, is that even possible??

It is possible. You need enough progesterone to make your temp shift. I know there have been times that I've O'd but in the morning my temp is only 97.9, but my temp shift is always above 98. Sure enough though the next morning I'll have 98.2.
