temping vaginally

Does anyone know if you temp vaginally does it have to be at the same time in the morning every day like if you were temping orally?

Ideally yeah. Any temp needs to be done at roughly the same time of day.a though saying that, I work shifts and I still get a good pattern hours later as long as I have a solid three hours of sleep before temping.

i temp vaginally and i temp within in the hour each day, so 1/2 hour either way usually...but so long as you've had a good block of sleep its usually quite good
