Please can someone explain temping to me, how I do it, what it shows and anything else you can think of to tell me? Thankyou 😃

Do u have fertility friend app? That's the best way to log it x

So what do you do? Just take your temp everyday and then how do you know when your ovulating or not? Sorry I really have no clue!!

Take your temp at the same time every day BEFORE moving or getting out of bed. Make sure you're using a bbt thermometer (more sensitive) and getting a fertility app to track it will give you the day you ovulate. It helps if you also track at least one other thing like cervical mucus.

When your temp stays high for three days fertility friend will work out you've ovulated also usually falls around the last day you see ewcm x my charts attached to the bottom feel free to look
