HELLO!!!! XX when your temp starts to peak a few degrees is it the START of your ovulation? or is it the day you ovulate? im unsure xx thanks guys xxx

I can tell you about my situation but I don't know if it will be the same as yours.

My temp dips the day before Ov (in addition, I get a + OPK), The day of Ov, it starts to climb (I get another + OPK) and then it keeps climbing. After a 3 day increase, you can say that you have Ov'd. Kinda like looking in a rear view mirror..That make sense?
