Tens Question

ive just had a femme tens delivered (won off ebay) was a bargin

but it has no instructions with it

i know how to use a tens machine but my question is , is there anything specific i need to know about this brand?

other than stick on and go!

I'm afraid I can't help with the actual brand, but looking on ebay myself for a tens machine, the main thing I've noticed is that if it's been used you should buy brand new electrode pads. So apart from that I'm little help unfortunately! I'm sure someone else will be able to shine more light for you.

I think that's the one I had. I started at the lowest setting and you boost during a surge and work your way up the settings as the surges get more intense. That's my recollection!
