Terrified

So found out on the 26th Oct that I was expecting again soon after the two year anniversary of the loss of my little man. A week later i went for a scan, based on my LMP i should have been between 6 and 7 weeks, the scan however, only showed me at 4 weeks! My doc said I could have ovulated later then originally thought (I have PCOS) or the baby died at 4 weeks. However, I keep having symptoms they get bad every few days the abate alittle then get bad again. I have another scan on the 15th to see if there is any growth! I am so freaking terrified of finding out that theres no growth! Last time, I cramped badly for a week, then one afternoon got really bad and by the next morning I had miscarried! I have had no serious cramping, no bleeding at all. Everything seems to be normal but just so terrified that the baby won't have grown!

Had really bad cramping last night, was really painful but still no blood. DH recons it's from constipation but I dunno! Don't think I could go through this again!
