Holiday and swimming nappies
Just wondered if anyone has used tesco's swimming nappies? Were taking our daughter to Spain when shell be 8 months, and are thinking of taking them? Also how many would you take? I have no idea how you use them! Do you change them as soon as you come out of sea/pool? Or leave the longer?! She usually goes through 5-6 nappies a day.
Thanks!

I've only used huggies little swimmers, so can't comment on teso's own, but can't see how they would be much different. you just use them like a regular nappy. I suppose I would change it once they come out of the sea / pool so it's not wet against their bum.

ive got 10 for a wks holiday alfies only little so he wont be in the pool for that long, i think that will do us. ive gone for the asda little swimmers, only used one up to now but it was good!

I got a swim nappy from a company called 'konfidence LTD' cause we are away for 14 days in june and i thought it would make sense to buy 1 washable swim nappy for the price of a pack of disposable swim nappies and have more space in suitcase!!!!!!!

im with rebecca_b gonna use reusable better for the enviroment and far less bulky for the flight

i woujld just take a packet and buy more if you need them, i always used huggies

Tesco ones are fine :) Iv used them with my LO. I packed enough for 2 a day for a weeks holiday, and ended up leaving a packet there. But I dont know how many times your lo will go in the pool/sea. Take it off when she comes out of the water though :) Take 2 packs, if you need more, you can buy huggies ones in spain.
xx

The huggies ones (and I guess the tesco's ones) are actually washable. I wasn't aware of that until someone in our swimming group pointed it out last year and we wash ours now with no problems whatsoever. The companies don't like telling you that though as means we buy less!
