test results - help decoding??

Hi Ladies!

So I heard back from the nurse at my docs office and she gave me the following #s:

FSH - 3.8
Progesterone - 10.6
Chromosomes good, everything good to go. She said these #'s are good....but I don't know what they mean!!!!! Please help She said all was normal and I needed to relax. True or not true? LOL. This was taken around CD 16 of my cycle or so.

Yeah they are normal
