Tested early ugh- feeling discouraged

I promised myself this cycle I would wait until the day before my period to test. I had a m/c in early January and having been ttc since then.
I had a old clearblue digital from last month and decided it would be a great idea to pee on it. I think I may be 9-10 dpo... my period is due on Friday.
BFN of course but written in words which always drives home the point.
