Ok since Nic isnt around i thought i would start a new weightloss thread by myself.

Start Date April 1st: 14st 9lb
1 Stone Goal reached May 15th: 13st 9lb

Havent lost any weight since due to heavy AF and general junk food snacking :dohh:

Old gym routine:
5 min crosstrainer
10min jogger
10min bike
weights - lat pulldown, chest press, arm curl 10kg on each 2 sets.

new gym routine:
20min crosstrainer
10mins jogger
10mins bike
1000m rower
7mins crosstrainer
weights - lat pulldown, chest press, arm curl, torso twist, leg press, ab machine - 10kg on most 3 sets.

Gym days:
Mondays 7.00am
Tuesdays 8.00pm - 9.00pm(swimming) OR Saturdays 10.00am
Wednesdays 8.30am
Fridays 7.00am

along with the new gym routine and getting back to healthy eating then i aim to loose a further stone in weight and tone up my stomach muscles.
 
20th June

Breakfast:
2 Slices granery toast from a small loaf with butter

10am - Gym Session from 'new gym routine' mentioned in first post

Snack:
1 quarter melon

Lunch:
'Healthy Brunch' - 1 egg fried with fry lite, 2 slices of bacon no fat grilled, 1 sausage grilled and 2 tbsp of low salt chopped tomatoes

Dinner will be:
Lasanga with salad

:blush: when i first stated i could only manage 2 1/2 mins on the xtrainer before collapsing in a heap in the corner :rofl: ive worked really hard going 4 times a week to build it up to 20mins
 
lasanga is in the oven, yummy! and oh has agreed to have salad with me so i dont have to cook him chips

bunch of grapes

Lunch:
bowl of wheetabix

Dinner:
Roast beef dinner with potatoes and veg

no snacks (yet lol)

brunch bar

bowl of cereal

dinner:
homemade chicken nuggets with low salt beans (2tbsp) and homemade chips

*edit* just had a mullar corner

for some reason my stomach feels bigger today than it normally is.. dont think im ever going to loose weight
 
You sound dedicated :) no bad foods at all! WD.

cheeky bacon butty with no fat on granery bread from a 400g loaf

Dinner:
Homemade chicken curry and rice.. ill probably have a popadum too

i have a drs appt 2moro morning to discuss weight and af and ive got an appt with my trainer at the gym on monday 9.30

snack:
brunch bar

lunch:
pitta bread with ham

dinner:
1 burger with cheese
 
yesterday:

breakfast:
toast with jam

lunch:
noodles and veg

dinner:
chicken dinner with 2tbsp of gravy

snack:
brunch bar


today:

breakfast:
brunch bar

lunch:
bacon buttie, no fat on wholemeal bread

dinner:
pasta with chicken and veg

snack:
small packet of haribo

weighed myself today and ive lost 1 3/4 pounds
 
breakfast:
brunch bar

lunch:
ate out at chester zoo.. minging fatty burger and chips.. didnt finish it though it was rank

dinner:
fish pie on its own

snack:
will prob have some toast later before i go to bed
 
yesterday:

beakfast:

dinner:
sunday lunch with 2 tbsp gravy
