But i name next to everything.

Phone - Trev (Trevor)
Laptop - Ant (Antony)
Orchid in white plant pot - Marilyn
Orchid in black plant pot - Lola
Bed - Greg (Gregory)
Straightners - Pedro
Hairdryer - Peter

There are probably more that have slipped my memory.
I just asked my mum if she'd seen Trev.
To which she replies: "dear god, Shaunagh, i hope your baby doesnt end up with the kind of names you choose for everything else."

I think my chosen names are delightful!

Squirrel (Cat)

And the last fish we got, i named: Voldemort, Gandelf + John & Edward. (But they died because i fed them digestive biscuits )

Me too but my family say 'she's not a dog'
It orginally came from when I had my 4D scan and she was moving and I said awwh a puppy face
It stuck with her and now OH has started calling it her too

I love it when people call their kids 'nasty' names like Stinky or whatever, and the kids know they're being spoken to

Well.. I crushed em up first! But as i was sprinkling them in, i shouted, "Mum do you think the fish will like biscuits!" To which she replied, "No, Shaunagh, dont feed them any biscuits!" Too late..
