I was a very very active member on here for quite a long time. I understand the need for change with the site and don't blame the admins.

However I repeatedly complained about roll-over ads and nothing was ever done about it. I know the original owners of the site were not to blame, its the people running the technical side of things who just aren't addressing it. Either that or the ads are welcomed by them.

Anyway, I came on here to check up on one person I haven't heard from in a while and thought I'd tell the admins why me and some other people haven't been around lately. I have connected with some women on facebook from here and almost nobody I know from there comes in here anymore for similar reasons (glitches in the site not working right, weird pop-ups, roll-over ads).

Its the simple things that make a site easy to use and this site is now more frustrating than its worth to me most days.

I feel the same way!! It's soooo annoying. Major overkill on the gazillion ads on this site. Why so many? And why so many rollover ads?

I use internet explorer which doesn't have ad blockers from what I understand. I have other things I browse that require internet explorer and I dont' think I should have to install another browser solely to log in to this site. I would totally install the ad blocker otherwise.

I agree, the ads are horrible. Sometimes you can't even see anything else on the site for several minutes! I end up on some other site half the time because it somehow gets clicked while I'm trying to open a link here. Get rid of the roll overs!

I agree the ads are very annoying! I haven't been with B&B for very long but I know of other sites that do not have the roll over ads! I have tried to click on things on the site and it went to the ad instead!! This is very annoying!!

Thank you so much, FYI, when I came on here to see what the replies had been, a pop up jumped up and blocked me from logging in, then when I tried to reply right now it poppe up again, I closed it and it popped up again right after I clicked on the text window.

The only thing is it says something about the blocker being a trial of the pro version? If so, I will have the same issue once it runs out, if it reverts to a simple, free version, that will be a great solution for me, thanks!
