I'm so glad he's gone, I think he took himself far to seriously and was more a bully than a leader. Have to say I like Stuart though, I think cos he's so young he'll grow up on this show. Looking foward to getting to know more about the others but I'm not sure about that Melissa; she was so patronizing when she talked about professionalism to Joanna. I think Yazmin last year proved you don't need to take such an aggressiveness approach. I'm hooked already!

I used to love this and watch it religiously. I too work in sales & marketing and I started to find that the so called sales experts on there were pushy and bullied people into buying or placing orders and generally they had no idea about selling' and client needs. Sales in the real world doesnt work like that and I felt it gave us all a bad name. I've gone right off it.

You don't have to shout or be up your own a*se to be a leader. Ugh kind of reminds me of someone I used to work with!

I love this show. Out of the whole series who is the one you loved to hate the most? Mine is that blond Katy from (I think) the series before last. So rude when she said I've done the "mummy thing" now, like it's something temporary or disgusting!

I wouldnt have applied, cant really with family. But if I had been on it, I would have been so different to the other people on there. I think I would have been completely different to the people on it, they are more what we call one call sales or short sales, whilst I have done those sorts of sale in the past I work more in long cycle complex sales where typically an order can take 12-18 months to be put in.

The rewards are fecking higher but it's much longer to acheive. I see them as being one trick ponies rather than someone one can provide a solution to a customers issue/problem.

I'm sure most don't think that. I know they pick those particular types for entertainment value to cause friction, otherwise the show would be boring and no one would watch it
