the boogie video and an AF question

sorry so many posts from me lately. We've got a lot going on with LO just turning one…. to top off all of her new developments, I got my period back.
Is there an AF section? I thought there used to be.
Anyhow, any other breastfeeding moms get their period and find that it affected their LO's eating, also did it affect your milk supply permanently.

Hey there. I breastfed exclusively for the first 6 months then graduakky cut down before stopping completely at around 18 months. My AF came back when LO was around 8 weeks old (he slept through the night several times in a row and this was enough to trigger it). As far as I was aware it never had any impact on his feeding or my supply – he grew big and plump regardless! HTH xxx
