The flu and ovulating, anyone have experience?

So this cycle I've been trying to just temp and check cervix and cm. I had a few opks but was holding off using them. My normal bbt in the morning is around 97.2. Anyway, I thought I was close to Oing so I did take so opks yesterday and they were very close to positive! So I thought today would be the day. I didn't have any cheapies but I have a digital too. I took that today but no surge. Maybe tmi but cervix is closed too. Bbt this morning was 98.0. So I'm thinking maybe I ovulated two days ago. I had checked my cervix on Sunday and thought it was open but I'm new to checking too.

The catch with the temps was that I had a fever for two days ( Saturday and Sunday). I know I can continue to chart temps and see if they stay up, but what do you think of the possibility I ovulated on Sunday? What do you think the chances are of me ovulating the day before I got very dark but not positive opks? I didn't test on Sunday so I have no clue what they would have looked liked. Cm has been very watery all week ( I don't always get ewcm). What do you all think?
