Hi,
Basically you pop a bottle underneath the spout, and set the machine to how many ounces you need. It gives you a hot shot of weather which is hot enough to dissolve the powder and kill any germs in it, then it tops it up with sterile filtered cool water so the bottle is exactly the right temperature within about 1 minute from scratch.
You just top it up with tap water. It doesn't keep the water constantly warm, I think it forces the hot water through an element or something.
My sister uses dr browns and they worked under my machine.
