What a dick of an owner, not letting the GM do his job.

That was single-handedly the worst piece of advertising i have ever seen, i mean really? I work in a hotel and id be mortified if it came across like that they seemed proper barmey.

When people checked out the receptionist didnt even look at them, how rude lol.

I watched it,it was fab!
Loved the bit with the "rye bread" "fried bread?" "no!" "rye bread" haha then he brought fried bread!
The proposal was sooo sweet!

I watched it and enjoyed it! I've stayed in a few hotels over the years and customer service varies greatly...some of the premier inn staff were more hospitable and certainly happier than staff at 4 star hotels!!

Personally wouldn't want to work in a hotel and never have, so for me, it's a great insight into something I would otherwise not have a clue about.
