I am alllllll good lol. fufilled my POAS addiction this morning and im ready for the day ahead. My red light is on and the witch has GONE and its my birthday on saturday

I ate a whole punnet of strawberries last night... Now my belly is bubbling!

I have one there too... (2 for £3) and I have a feeling it'll be gone by dinner!

question for ya girlies - I've resorted to nasal spray for my hayfever... but I just blew my nose... have I ruinied it? :d

How long after you used it did you blow your nose?? I'm hoping it starts to clear up soon I'm fed up of it!!

this yeart is the worst for me ever - I can't imagine how you're coping!

less that ten minutes before I blew... I feel like a rite numpty - i think I still have some up there as I can smell it... but still sniffly!

Haha it might have worked a bit especially if you can still smell it! Bens been using it and he says it's not made a difference. He has been using tesco own brand antihistamine tablets this week and has been loads better!!

i was on boots own tablets last week, asdas own the week before... they take the edge off but do nothing really.

the nasal spray is Beconase... booooooo I wonder why its SO bad this yr?

Something to do with the way spring fell or something!! It's sooo rubbish, although last night was the first night in weeks my hayfever hasn't woken me up!!

i have no idea mush - i havnt suffered yet this year. Adam has been taking asdas own brand and they seem to do the job for him!

o by the way im back lol. I made a boo and have to do the work in the office now but id much rather do that lol.

yup i made a boo lol. Basically i didnt back up the data from my office computer to take with me so i had to come back to the office! the client has his arse in his hands anyway and i couldnt be arsed to sit there and listen to him not even for an hour so sod him
