Becca - I think that's stretching the 'being prepared' line every so slightly!

Just had an amazing convo with R. He has to nail down available dates for India so he said is after 9 October going to be okay? I said "Wait one moment while I check" He said "Are you consulting your ovulation calendar?" Me "Yes".

Worst case scenario, I might ovulate as late at 9 October but he says he'll probably leave on the 10th anyway. He said "I'll just have to leave you with a parting gift!" I started to go running into the room where he is and he called me "Come here quick and give me a cuddle!" So I did. He was saying that he feels like he's having an out of body experience saying 'okay yeah, I'll try to knock you up in 6 weeks!'

He said "If I give you a baby, can I leave you to play with it and I'll go to the garage and play with my cars?" I just laughed. But we just deffo deffo deffo agreed to do it in October! I'm just going to ignore the probation situation. There's no way I will fail it. I will still push to find out the end of September though as the handbook says that you can find out a month early.

I think we both feel a bit shaken now - it's starting to seem real! I can't wait!

Finally, he said "Well I can't back out now can I?"

Ha ha you are not the only one, I found a place and DH already agreed to paying for an early scan

Phill has said he wants a 3D/4D one later on and will pay for that so I really want an early gender scan and an early scan if the NHS wont give me one...!

Gonna cost a fortune but so worth it!!

I'm trying to lose weight but seem to have fallen off the wagon. Stuck at 14st 12!!

Its just all I want and waiting is killing me.. its all im gonna think about for the next 10 weeks...

We are away this weekend then I have nothing to look forward to.
