everythings changing atm and i'm abit clueless this is my first child
people keep trying to hide what you can claime nowadays
getting told all sorts

so for single mums what exactly can we claim??

Child benefit - £20 a week, Tax Credits - £57 a week, Income Support - £130 every 2 weeks. Thats if ur not working.. From wot I'm told u can work upto 16hours a week and keep all benefits.. not sure how true that is! xx

arr i'm working but when i go back i'll be doing 16 hours x

I'm sure if you are working 16 hours or over it'd be a case of working tax credit instead of income support.

You may get help with rent, if you are renting of course, and council tax as well depending on income...

If you are on income support you can work up to 16 hours a week but your benefit would be reduced a bit.

:hugs:

xx

I'm working part time and can claim child benefit, child tax credit and working tax credit. The working tax credit part depends on how much you earn. I also get help with childcare costs xx

child tax credit thanks i've not applied for that i think thats the only other thing i could possibly get xx

Im working part time 25hpw. but i get child benefit and tax credits also maintainence from FOB xx
