The 'Monthlies' after a c-section?

Hello fellow c-section mummues

I have a question to put to you all. Well, recently me and OH dtd..Its only taken us 2 months to finally get down to it..Took his time eh?..We used a condom but it all bunched up twice when he pulled out so im wondering if any of the swimmers have escaped.

Anyway, ive had no bleeding since July, and even then it was a minuscule amount not even worth making a huge deal out of, and if im not mistaken that was around mid July and since then ive not had anything, ive read that it could take months or years for your periods to return and that sort of frightens me.

And now ive got the condom incidents playing over and over in my mind. Ive felt so miserable and tired, sick and achy for quite a while now but im trying to keep calm and not get worked up over it...Easier said than done at the moment!

So when did everyone elses monthlies return to them?

I went back onto the pill at 6 weeks pp without having had a period. sorry to helpful but i think it can take a longtime. if you are worried then perhaps do a test? xx

Im in a similar situation lol! Me & OH dtd at 2 weeks after (oops lol), completely heat of the moment but I made sure he pulled out (sorry for tmi). Well I started my pill at 4 weeks after so no period yet for me!

it took my periods 11 months to sort out! i had a c-section, ive now had periods every month now for four months xx

I bled for 2 1/2 wks after my section... Then got my period 4 wks later.

We dtd 8 days after c, 2 wks then gradually it was more frequent. No condoms, no bc.. Just pulled out. Never had a scare.

four weeks down and im still bleeding no period yet! sorry i cant help but it could make a difference if you are bf or not?
take a test 2 weeks after the oops moment is all i can suggest

My period arrived after about 9 weeks.

Mine isn't back yet, and it's been 8 months. I have been tandem nursing though, so I imagine that has a lot to do with it. Both of my boys nurse frequently through out the night too.

I didn't get period for 8 months - mainly due to me breastfeeding exclusively i think?

I did however have a oops when my baby was 3 weeks old and the gp gave me the morning after pill as a precaution as I used to get pregnant very easily (until now when I have been trying for months!!!)

I'd do a test 2 weeks from the accident just in case.

I've never herd it takes month or years to return after a section thats prob nonsence lol.
I have no idea i 12weeks post section and my post birth bleed only stopped 2weeks ago.

Mine took 6 weeks last time, it depends on lots of things though....especially if you are are BF! I'd test and see.... Put itself out of worrying....which only delays things
