So I have been trying for 2 years and I don't know what to do anymore, I have pcos and my husband has a very low sperm count. I only ovulate maybe 2-4 times a year and I can never track it, anyone else in a similar situation or who have overcome it. Advice needed

I can't help with advice but try the long term ttc threads. There will be ladies there going through the same thing. Good luck

8 months here ttc dunno if i ovulate at all although i have gotten positives i want to stay away from the docs for a year but sighhhhh***** its harder than i thought :( have u tried supplements?

Not many, right now I am trying to get on clomid but my doctor doesn't want to approve it. She is afraid it will cause me to have multiples but doesn't care for my opinion in the matter.

you need to find a new doctor!
If you are not ovulating then you wont get pregnant. I had periods every 3 or 4 months and dont believe I ovulated at all until I started taking metformin.
I would hate to see you waste time in this. If you are sure you dont ovulate often then you will need something to help you do that. Clomid worked for me first try but ended in MC, I am currently on my second round of clomid. There is only a very small chance of multiples. And for me and most others, multiples are much better then nothing!! I would love to have multiples, as long as they were safe and healthy, I know risks are higher with multiples.
