I wouldnt worry to much about her being round paint. Its only really gloss and white spirit etc that have more harmful fumes in them, and even then as long as u keep it well ventilated its not too bad. I looked into it cos i had to gloss loads of pipes and it seems most of the harmful shit isnt put in them any more.

hello all! whats happened here??!! no talking?

well ive finally moved in although the house is a tip with all the boxes!!

how are you all? hows the lo's doing? im trying megan in her own room for the first night tonight! im not gonna jiyx myself yet so ill tel you how its gone tommorrow!!

I am so glad that this week is over! i hate decorating and moving! i didn't manage to get any pics before we started moving in so i will take some when ive sorted everything out! x

He managed 4 cos i dont think he realised he wasnt holding on, lol. He started a new game yesterday of standing a few steps away from the sofa then running at it! Its more of a fall with a step and a face dive into the sofa mind you, lol!

Nope. He can stand on his own but doesn't ever do it. He too eager to go so tries to start walking before he's got his balance!

Haha! Do you mean stand from sittin, or holding on then letting go? Finn cant go to standing from sitting, think he would get a face full of carpet. He lets go while standing for quite a while, then gets over excited n the arms take on a life of his own then he collapses, lol! He will happily walk just holdinga finger, but if ya let go he just sits down.

Im a little tipsy, lol. We went off to the pub to enjoy the sun. Only had 2 pints, but i do feel a little tipsy, lol. Finn loved crawling about on the grass. Wish i had a garden he could crawl about on.

Megan can stand up when holding on to something, normally her legs are for bouncing on not standing! lol
Shes always trying to pull herself up now, no attempt at crawling though.

Hasn't it been lovely today! hopefully we will get the same over the next couple of days.

We are off to car boot sales this mornin wooo! First one of the year.

Then stuck in for the afternoon waiting on the virgin man to turn up. Gettin a tv package at last. Only been thinking about it for about a year, but they kept wanting silly money for installation while new customers got it free, which as a loyal customer, i thought i deserved too! Someone rung me the other day to tell me i had been "selected" for this tv package, lol. Included free installation n its free for 2 months with all the channels, then its the small package for £4 a month, but i can upgrade if i want. DEAL!

As for interweb mystery man, i havent spoke to him in a few days. Quite often go a week or so withtout speaking to him cos i dont bother to log onto msn, lol. He always leaves me offline messages. Sposed the novelty wore off a bit after meeting up. We had fun, but its a bit like a been there done that kinda thing i spose.

Weve been attempting to sort the house out! its not going so well at the minute as we have got all the stuff thats ment to go in the garage in our wet room and kitchen as the previous owner has still got his crap in the garage. weve been to the solicitors and all they said is they can send him a letter!!! wtf do we pay these people for!? there friggin useless!
So hes ment to have ordered a skip to come this week sometime but if he hasnt emptied it by friday we are gonna put it all on my ven and were gonna dump it on his front garden!
Im so fucked off about it all he even left his crap inside the house! we had to take it to the tip!

What a nightmare Jess! Personally id throw it all outside if there was space. I know it will look a mess, but might get the twat moving a little quicker! Not sure Finn agrees, hes sittin here goin "uh oh" over n over, lol! At least your in though. Could of been sittin at your MIL's waitin for him to clear it out. Just gets so stressful when everywhere is cluttered dont it. You cant really escape it! Hope it all gets sorted out soon so you can get on!

I think id tell my solicitors to sent him fees for you having to take his stuff to the tip, then charge him the solicitors costs for the letter as well. Might get him moving with the other crap a bit quicker!

Id be grateful megans not walking, lol. Finns walking is novel for now, but its very soon gonna become hard work! At least when they walk later they half understand the concept that some things they cant have or do and listen to you. At the min Finn just ignores everything and wants everything so itrs gonna be a nightmare once he speeds up!

We loved the car booting! Shall be off to another one once sam rises from his pit, lol. We got a ride on walker thing and a big vtech toy thing for finn. An in the night garden dvd, a horrid henry dvd a new toilet seat and a bread maker for about £20 for everything! Perfect, except the bloody bread maker dint work

to tell you the truth the previous owner is an absolute dick!! hes my sister's best friends ex (hope that makes sense!) and he doesn't care about anything apart from himself. when we moved in there was a debt on the gas meter ( its a card meter) as he had gone into emergency credit and we rung the gas people about it and they said we have got to put money on the meter to clear it!
He is acting dumb saying he doesn't know how it come to be in debit!

My dad keeps trying to get involved but i know it will get messy if he does and i really dont want it to come to that! wish he would just kick his arse into gear, I would never do that if i ever moved out! maybe thats just me though.

Glad you enjoyed your carboot! shame about the bread maker, you didn't really want to make bread anyway did you!?!

What a knob! He sounds like a right dick! Im not entirely what kind of messy your dad would make it, but if its non incriminating id probably let him if it goes much further. Your solicitors seem really shit though. Can you not ask them what more can be done? No doubt u prob already have. Just seems like they arent worried about pushing it.
