The results are in...

Morning all

I had in the post my nuchal scan results today they are:

Risk: 1: 1535

Also, they have put on here that my EDD is now the 7th Jan 2011, but at my first scan (At 8+3) they told me it was 11th Jan 2011.

Sooo... Do I take this new date as my new EDD, or do I have to wait for a medical person to tell me?

If not, it means I am 16+4 today and not 16, which means nearly at 17 weeks!!!!!!

I'd go with 7th Jan as your EDD, is that what they've put on your paperwork? Just double check at your next appointment xx

They sent me my results in the post.

When I went for my scan on 5th july, where I had my bloods taken too, they never mentioned a change in my dates at all.

However, on the results I got through today, it says

Gestational age at sample date from CRL 13W + 3D
Gestational age at exam date from CRL 13W + 3D EDD 07 January 2011

So I do have it in writing, just never told at my scan. I did think baby seemed long at scan. It measured 7.3cm.

I am seeing my Midwife on thursday for my 16 weeks appointment, So I can always ask her then
