Hi ladies.

This is more a vent than anything. I put on nearly three stone when pregnant, most of which was at the end of the pregnancy.

Anyway, I thought the weight would shift fairly easily - I've been taking bubs out for walks, doing the housework and being every careful what I eat. It's nearly 8 weeks and not even a pound has dropped off since the initial weight loss in the first few days.

My sister in law had her baby a week before me, hasn't exercised or watched her diet but now has a washboard stomach! I know everyone's different but no weight loss at all?

I'm so annoyed I could cry. :(

:hugs:

how long ago did you have bubs,

im only now losing weight

best advice i was given , 9m of changes to make a baby, allow 9m to go back to pre baby body/weight
