So I've never had hemmroids (spelling?) in my life. Well, let me correct myself. We all have hemmroids, but mine have never been irritated before. I've been super constipated lately, even with all my water drinking, and I'm really nervous about developing some bad ones.
For anyone who has experienced irritated or ruptured hemmroids, what are the signs? What does the pain feel like? All day I've felt like my (tmi sorry) bum crack is bruised when I sit down and there's some slight itching.
Does anyone have advice on quick relief? And the best way to prevent more in the future? I won't be seeing my doctor for another week and I don't think I can make it a week if this gets any worse
