The witch and exercise, would love some help

Question:Should I exercise to see if I can jiggle the last of the spotting down and out (meaning less days spotting post AF)or should I stick to my exercise schedule and rest today?

So I've not had a proper cycle for many many years (birth control, pregnancy, breastfeeding).

I'm desperate to be over AF (my DH won't touch me until I'm spot free, I can't even use my hands or mouth on "him", I know I find it a bit odd too for a man but he's into equality which is lovely :cloud9: )

I've been doing some Extreme Training (TapOut XT) and today is my rest day (no exercise planned for today) and tomorrow is going to be hard so I don't want to over do it.

However I really feel like the exercise has really helped jiggle AF down and out :happydance: Which may possibly lessen my AF time*.
This morning I woke up with a mostly clean pad :happydance: (I'm CD6 and have had light flow for the last 2 days).

*My normal AF is spotting for several days before CD1 (this time it was 5 days of spotting so no sexy time for me :sad1: ) Heavy flow for 2 or 3 days (only had heavy flow for CD1 this cycle which I believe was helped by the exercise). Medium flow for about 1 or 2 days (2 days this cycle). Light flow for another 2 or 3 days (2 days so far by the looks of it). And then I normally spot for another 3 - 5 days post AF; with a light flow somewhere in the middle of the spotting just to embarrass me. So all up DH won't touch me for 11 - 17 days out of a 30 day cycle (I have a high sex drive so this is a huge problem for me).
