Things are good. Makena had her birthday party. There is pics in the gallery here. Check them out. What else??? Nothing much. Makena is doing well at school. She loves it still (I don't know why, but I keep expecting her to one day start hating it). She had a playdate today, and the other girl was a couple months younger, but I could totally tell the difference between them. I could ask this girl questions and she came up and told me that she was hungry etc...things Makena can't do.

Really glad she is enjoying school! That must be such a huge weight off your mind. I can't imagine what looking after a child with special needs is like - it is certainly going to be a challange. I am neurotic with him as a baby!
