things that annoy you

Stupid chain letters/texts. I got these lovely ones yesterday.

"If you love ur mum send dis to twenty people. One girl didnt send & her mum died 365 days later. I love my mum. Sorry I can't ignore."

"I looovvveee youuu.! :) whoever stops this will be unhappy for the first 5 months of 2011 tell nine people you love them. I hope I am one"

Seriuosly, who makes this s*** up. :dohh:

Agreed. I actually think the mum dying threat is very sick :nope:

I remember when I was about 11 and we got the internet in our house I got one of those chain emails with pictures of dead people inside saying it would happen to me if I didn't send it on. I was so scared I cried for ages and my mum had to convince me that I didn't have to send it on :nope: although I'm sure kids these days are way more internet savvy!

When people ask " Is he sleeping through yet?" when i reply " yes since 7 weeks old." then they say " Oh, well just wait 'til he starts teething". Excuse me but he's already got two teeth! That drives me batty!!!!

just rememembered some more
load chewing cantt stand it
and moving grr so over it

My parents hearing what they want to hear I didnt say that, I would never say that why did you hear that? why do they never really listen and why blame me on them not hearing me right when I have said it a thousand times to them as i know what they are like! I cant win unless i tape what I say and replay it back! selective memories to! that didnt happen blablabla yes it did I was there and I am not senile!

- My DH yawning and fidgeting in the evenings. There's just no need for so much yawning.
- People who stand chatting in doorways or in the middle of the pavement.
- An obvious one - people coming to the door or ringing me up trying to sell me stuff
- People knocking my bag on my shoulder when they walk past me or stand behind me in the tube. The constant bag knocking / nudging is somehow more annoying than someone knocking into your actual arm. Why is that?
- Bad spelling / punctuation.
- DH putting his socks in the washing machine all screwed up in a ball - he doesn't unscrew them and shake the bits off them! yuk...

Oh my god, I am the same about every single one of those things! My OH yawns making an annoying 'aaaaahhhhhh' noise too, eurgh. And the socks, well they just don't get clean if they are screwed in a ball!

i thought of somee playgroup peeves arhhhh lol

1. when i go to playgroup and one of the mums bring their lo along with the flu or some other contagious illness because they want to sit back and talk to other mums while lo coughs on all the other children. this did happen i made gabrielle play outside away from the poor kid came back a week later only 3 others came because everyone else was sick.

2. when same mum give there lo a peanut butter sandwhich to wander around with in the baby area where another baby picks it up and eats it anoyed me because some of those babys may have an allergy to peanuts.

3. or when you get the mums who dont watch their kids and let them run a muck while they are inside having tea talking while thier lo is outside trying to bully kids far younger than them

DH being all tired and sleepy in the morning, like somehow he got less sleep than me .... Arghhh hello darling ..... LO takes an hour to feed; I don't sleep through that like you can :dohh: and thinking making eggs on toast and a cuppa is equal to the feeding .... Yes I appreciate it, lots, is it as hard as feeding a baby every 3 hours - ummmm I think not.

- DH laughs loudly while watching TV by himself. I hear him from another room and think... really? It's THAT funny??? I cannot recall seeing anything on TV so incredibly funny that I have to laugh so all of my neighbors can hear three streets away??? Also, he does this with sporting events.. GO BABY YEAH, or YOU SUCK WTF!!! Really? they cannot hear your couch-coaching through the damn boob tube.

- DH puts plates in the wide slot meant for pans in the dishwasher. Um DUH???

- Tapping, clicking, any repetitive unnecessary noise caused by bored fidgety people!

- people who stop walking in public doorways, aisles, and high traffic areas... look at your phone off to the side... UGH MOVE

im annoyed by smokers near my pram - people who dont cover mouths when they cough - people who dont smile back - people who park their cars on side walk(if they are unlucky enough to be in vicinity, they get a telling off and threat to report) - UNSOLICITED ADVICE GIVERS

A few more:
People who just stop and block aisles in the supermarket without even looking and then you can't get round them. Especially when they just stop to chat, especially when it's a Saturday in December and the world and his wife are out to stock up because the shops are shut for a day at Christmas, especially when you have a sleeping LO with you who is likely to want feeding early! Grrr!

FB status updates/posts in text speak or other bad English. It's 'of', not 'ov' and fink, shud etc are not in the dictionary. I'm not a snob, it just takes a lot longer to 'interpret' this drivel. And surely using numbers is only necessary when space is short in a text message? No need on the internet...

Don't even get me started on parent/child spaces...

People hogging the lifts when they are clearly not disabled or have a pram, just too lazy to walk up the stairs!!

Also strangers who come over to look at my LO and reach in her pram and touch her :growlmad: it's only happened twice and it was just a stroke of her hair but still!!!

That really winds me up aswell - and do you know what its always old people !!

On the subject of old people - I am fed up of being tutted at when I get on the bus by the blue rinse brigade. Im a mum with a pram get over it !
