Things to buy for your after vag birth care?

I second the Depends! I used them with the birth of my son and they were WAY helpful. I would really recommend them!

I've tried everything the ladies have suggested and I'm going to use all of those again. I've also read about an herbal tea sitz bath that you can brew and either put onto a pad and freeze or you can put it into your bath. It's suppose to promote healing and honestly I will try anything in the hopes of being more comfortable.
