Things you said you wouldn't do during pregnancy, that you now do after birth? I thought this would be a fun game to play.

For me? There's a few as a first time mom.

Swore I wouldn't use pacifiers,
Formula,
Or co sleep.

And now there all my best friend! Lol. What about you ladies?

I could have written your list!

I wasn't going to use dummies and now at nearly 3 I'm still trying to get it off her!

I was going to bf, but couldn't, so ended up ff.

Wasn't going to get into the habit of letting lo sleep in our bed :haha: From 4 months on wards she was in our bed for months

I was only going to give lo water to drink and not juice. As soon as she saw her cousins drinking juice that was it.

I was going to have lo potty trained by the time she was 2!

Also during labour I swore the last thing I wanted was an epidural. Of course I ended up with one fairly early on (best choice ever!)

Must add that I don't regret doing any of things I did though. Its what worked for us.

Probably everything. I wanted to be a natural attachment parent but im probably the opposite

we would NEVER use a dummy now my son is almost 1.5 and still has
Pretty much everything,

I said I would NEVER bedshare... my LO is 6 months old and has never spent a night in his own bed! :haha:

Said I wouldn't get an epidural but ended up getting one at 4cm dilated. (As PP mentioned... best choice EVER!)

I was always told it is a good idea to let baby "cry it out." Now I can't even imagine doing that to my son.

I was not going to feed him anything but breast milk until he was at least 6 months old... we started oatmeal and some fruits and veggies at 4mo. :dohh:

The only two things I was against and ended up LOVING were cloth diapers and Co-Sleeping!

For me,before I got pregnant I thought breastfeeding was weird and a baby sleeping anywhere other than a crib was wrong. Now I'm a proud breastfeeding mom and my little girl frequently sleeps on my chest :) lol Oh and on a similar note I used to think mom's who hovered around you the whole time while you held their baby were rude and I swore I wouldn't be like that...I now hover as well lol -.-
