Thinking about my last pregnancy

I cannot believe Im back at this stage of my pregnancy, my dd was born at 39+3 which would only be 3 days from now and I cannot believe that I was at this stage and had my baby girl and now Im about to do it again!! It must be hormones but Im feeling quite emotional as the time has flown by so fast, my dd is 15 months now and I remember this stage when I was about to have her!! Pointless thread but I just wanted to share
