This may be a stupid question, but Im just wondering if there is anything I can do during the two week wait to improve the odds of an egg sticking or helping in any way? I feel like I should just lay in bed and not move after I ovulate, for the whole 2 weeks! It sounds silly, but Im afraid I might bend the wrong way or lift something heavy and keep it from implanting ! My first 2 were surprises so I never had to try. Now that I AM trying,Im a little obsessed(and overly cautious)!

Nothing that i know of. But for me cause I only have one ovary last cycel and this cycel Ive tried sleeping on certain sides to let gravity aid the egg. Around O I lay so sperm can get down there and after O I sleep so it can head toawrds my uterus. Hasnt worked yet but gonna keep trying

As far as I know after you ovulate there isn't much to help eggy stick. Wish I knew of something. :) Good luck!!

Lol, aw. I always feel the same. Just eating healthy, taking your prenatals, even keeping moderately active is fine. They say lifting heavy things/etc. is not dangerous at this point in pregnancy, but I'm not too sure! I always err on the side of caution and stay active, but nothing strenuous like heavy weights or furniture. But the thing is, many people don't know they are pregnant during the TWW and lift heavy stuff, exercise, eat and drink whatever they want, and still have healthy, happy LOs. Of course, since we're trying we have to be more responsible, but I think common sense is enough!

Alrighty then. Thought Id give it a shot!
