... are you still taking folic acid? I was ttc egglet for five years and I was taking pregnacare vitamins for three years before I got pregnant. I plan on ttc again from Oct this year but am not taking these vitamins atm. Not sure if to start up again, is anyone else? I guess there's no harm in doing it anyway but I've basically been taking folic acid for nearly 4 years without a break now.

lol, was wondering when to start mine, I took it for 2 months before getting pregnant last time and plan on trying from May so guess i should be taking it now! apparently folic acid is also good for men to take for TTC, cant remember where i read that but think we both are going to take it!
