Ok so this is my 3rd, I feel confident because of my past two labors that I'll be early with this one as well, my first dd was 2 weeks early, my second was 3 weeks early (the Drs have her marked at 4 weeks early but I knew my dates, plus she was decent sized for being that early and didn't have to stay in nicu so I think it all adds up to my date not theirs) anyhow, I tend to have small babies as well, I'm pretty petite, not skinny anymore haha but I'm under 5 ft and my dh is average at 5'10...not sure if this adds to anything...

I'm just wondering for those that have been atleast 2 weeks early with consecutive births, did it continue that way with subsequent births? My ob suspects there's a good chance I'll go early again as well as a few ladies I've spoken with, did this ring true for you too?

Well I have had 2 previous pregnancies. The first was a quick labor at 37 weeks. The second I was induced at 36+4 due to high blood pressure. I was showing signs of early labor and the Dr expected me to go within the week anyway due to dilation. This pregnancy is twins so they expect me to go by 36 weeks. I am also short of stature at 5'0" and no longer as small as I was before my first.

First for me was PROM at 34+5, second PROM 36+6 and third 37+1 so all mine have gone just a little longer. I'm just over 5 feet tall and 60kg'ish. I'm hoping for a 40 weeker or more for my last

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the abbreviation PROM, what does that mean? Thanks for the replies :)

PROM = premature rupture of membranes

For me waters broke and then nothing happened so I went on to be induced via a drip :flower:

Ok thanks, mine had to be broken with both my labors-I went into active labor both times but my water would not break.
