Tell me about your boobs after

It's been two weeks since I stopped expressing and my boobs are so itching, flakey dry skin

when did you get re measured for normal bras again ?? I'm nit sure if I've dried up yet as there was milk on my left nipple earlier

I breastfed for a week and milk still comes out now when I squeeze like I would be expressing.

Bras I stayed in the same through pregnancy, during breastfeeding and after, I could never justify spending the money on it as I knew I wouldnt breastfeed for long and my boobs didnt really change size.

The area around my nipple got slightly dry and sometimes peeled a little like you would on holiday but it was never painful or irritated so just left and they went back to normal.

I only stopped BFing on Wednesday, and my boobs are rock hard and massive! I feel like Jordan!

After I stopped BF and expressing, my boobs were really rock hard! I had to squeeze out a little here or there to help relieve the pressure. It took over a week before they weren't leaking anymore.

Even when BF and during pregnancy, I didn't need a new bra size. I stayed the same size. But now, my boobs are really saggy and it makes me sad. The first couple weeks after I stopped BF, my boobs were a little itchy as well, but that stopped.

Id give it a couple of months yet to be measured, it takes quite a while to dry up...remember there is such a thing as relactating if you really try hard! my nips went all dry and flakey, look gross..i just used palmers coco butter as a body moisturiser and now they are as good as before baby!! xx

Like you I've recently stopped expressing and my boobs still feel heavy so I guess there is still some milk in there, even though I would it all down over a good few weeks. My right nipple also looks a bit dry and cracked but it's not painful.

How are you feeling now that you've made the switch? I'm still feeling guilty that I'm not providing breastmilk any more, but the extra time I've now got on my hands is brilliant! I can now dedicate much more time to Alex, rather than spending most of the day pumping as I was before.

I think about 2 months after it was completely normal again. A bit of leaking for quite some time. I exclusively expressed

Ff is such a faff with the bottles, guidelines on how you have to make them up it makes me more upset that I couldn't bf, but yes def gave more time for cuddles

I stopped BFing when Esmee was 16 weeks old. And i STILL have milk in there tmi but if i squeezed my nipple, a tiny bit of milk would be there!

i had to stop BF and Expressing on saturday.. its horrible my boobs are all sore and are constantly tightning, im sore and constantly changing my bra atleast every 2 hours!!

Do what I did (because I was the same way, even though I wasn't producing enough to feed)... lean over the bathroom sink and hand express for a minute or two to relieve the pressure. You'll be glad you did!
