What gestation did you go into labour/were your LOs born at?

I went into labour with DS on his due date and had him at 40 + 1. I know baby could still go over but I'm hoping not by long I live on an island I'd need to go to the mainland to deliver if I was to be induced, I gave birth there last time due to complications and this time I just want to stay home!

DS was born at bang on 42weeks. With DD I started labour at 40+6 and had her the next day at 41 weeks

I reckon when we have no3 the baby will try to catch me out, as I will be expect 40+6

#1 was born at 42+1, according to scan date.
#2 was born at a much more respectable 39+5, according to scan date.

Both scan EDD dates were 3 days ahead of ovulation EDD dates.

In birth order:

DS1: water broke at 41+4 he was born over 30 hours later at 41+5
DS2: water broke at 38+2 he was born over 31 hours later at 38+3
DD1: went into labor at 40+6 and she was born a couple hours later at 41+0

With DS1 I wasn't surprised one bit he was so 'late' with being a FTM and all. Nor was I surprised my second (ds2) came early since I had heard second time Moms usually go sooner. Though I do admit I was just planning on going 'overdue' since I went so far the first time. So when I went 41 weeks with baby#3 it was pretty hard for me to accept. How many ppl go one week 'over' that have given birth several times before?! Lol I knew more FTMs that went less over than that! I guess ultimately babies will come when they want to bc believe me, I tried it all with my overdue babies!
