Probably a silly question but weve got a few tall trees in our garden that are starting to become overgrown, is it down to the landlord to pay for someone to cut them back or us? We obviously maintain the smaller bushes but these taller ones will need someone to come in and cut them. The contract doesnt really say xx

He offered though, we probably would have done it if he didn't x

I'm guessing the landlord should pay. No harm in asking x

landlord does mine.. well the council as its a conserved area but she arranges it all.

Thanks girls. They're quite big trees so we'd definitely need someone in, if it was down to me I'd cut them down as they cut out a bit of light but its not our house so we'll ring the estate agents and try and get something sorted, thanks xx

I agree. I'd say your land lord should pay for something like that. Hope you get it sorted :)
