No I've never temp'd but we only dtd thur 24th Aug and Fri 25th. I know because we were on holiday x

so if it was fri the 25th you would be 14 dpo if it was the 24th that would be 15 dpo so looks spot on hun x

That's an amazing result on your digi! It depends on each pregnancy, I found I had to wait until af was a week overdue for my 2-3 with our son but with our daughter I had a 3+ immediately.
I'm so sorry for your loss, devastating the likelihood of going through that again though I would imagine is so small, and if this is twins again then perhaps it's fate and you're meant to have twins
