Three days of positive digital ovulation tests

Hi everyone me and my husband are on our first month of actively trying to conceive. The past 5 months we did not try to prevent it and nothing. So this month I bought the clear blue digital ovulation tests since I had a 41 ,38 ,36 day cycle the last three months. This test is supposed to show you your two most fertile days with a smiley face . I have received a Smiley the last three days , what does this mean ?
