Is anyone else experiencing this?
It's becoming a nightly occurrence. I struggled to get to sleep as my feet were so sore and felt like they were burning and I kept having to move them about for relief. This continued right through the night and into the morning. I need relief. As soon as I'm up walking about it's fine :s. Anyone else having this?

Yes! I have the exact same thing. Sometimes I also feel pain in my hips. Here are a few things (you may already have tried them) that have helped:
1) wearing support tights/ socks to bed (sexy!)
2) sleeping with legs raised on pillows
3) getting OH to massage my legs before I go to sleep
4) doing lots of ankle circles about an hour before I go to bed or whilst reading in bed

Hope it eases soon!

Thanks i'm definetly gonna try that. Where did u buy the support tights from?

Today has been terrible i thought it eased when i walked about but i went to Tesco for some shopping and im in so much pain walking about. Its in my bum right down my tighs and then down to my feet. I feel like i keep needing to strech my legs to get rid of it but it doesnt help :(.
Looking 4ward to a night lying watching xfactor with some chocolate :D:D

Google Restless Legs Syndrome. I've had it years but it's worse when I'm pregnant, to the point where I've stopped going to bed now xx

I got mine in Boots but you can also get them on Amazon and I think you get free shipping? https://www.amazon.co.uk/SUPER-TRAV...2C2S/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1316953514&sr=8-4

The ones I've got are really difficult to put on because they're quite tight but are fine once on.
