Throbbing pain inside vagina?

Hi All

I have a quick question.

On day 22 and day 23 of my cycle I had intense cramping/contraction type pains on the inside of my vagina... sometimes it felt as though it was on the right inside wall, sometimes it felt as though it was around the cervix.

I guestimated when I ovulated as it is my first month off birth control. If I ovulated later than I originally thought I may be on 8DPO. Could these pains be related to implantation?

Edited to add, the pain lasted about 12 hours, and came and went just like contractions.

I originally thought the 15th Dec, but using an app and FF I think it may have been more like 20th! (Making me 6/7 DPO when the pains happened). I now have what feels a little like neuralgia? on the back of my left leg and bottom of my left foot. I swear this is all in my head!

the reason I ask is because I get pain like that when I ovulate.. have you used opks at all?

I dont use opk but was suspicious so went out and bought some.... negative result.

are you temping then? or did you get ewcm when you think you ovulated?

could be implantation, time will only tell.
