Thats another load ticked off the list!!!
We had our meeting with the venue on Friday and paid the deposit so it is all confirmed and we get married on 10th October 2010 at 4pm
On Saturday, we bought boyos suit which is just awesome!!! Really unusual and he looked fantastic in it. We had to buy it as they are semi bespoke suits in the sense that they buy x ammount of material and make a certain number of suits with really long arms and legs that you then try and they alter them to fit. If we hadn't got it, it wouldn't have been there and it was too perfect to miss.
We went round the jewellery quarter and tried on some wedding rings and have decided what we want but we held off buying them from there as we thought he was a bit on the expensive side (even with some haggling) and sure enough, we have found them for hundreds of pounds less.
Stopped in to Choccywoccydoodahs to talk to them about our wedding cake and we have come home with one of their sample cakes and if we like it, we will book them, if not, we are speaking to a vegetarian restaurant called Terre Terre who are apparently amazing.
Our notices are ready for collection from our local registry office now too which we will pick up tomorrow.
Dress trying for me on Saturday and that will hopefully be another tick in the box
