Ticker not too big, but says it is?

I have a ticker of 450x185 pixels, so within the limits, that the system won't let me put on, saying it's too big? Could someone help me please?

what's the site? There are some that aren't allowed on forum as people were putting them in on top of other tickers and it made signatures way way way to big (for the most part)

I think pregnology is one of the ones disabled

Blast! It is a Pregnology one. I want it as my only ticker I won't stack it...
