ticker resetting

How do I start my ticker on a new cycle? It's really confusing!

You need to remake it again to tell it cycle day one.
If you want one you can control, try fertlity friend, you tell it when af has shown and update it once in a while and itll update when you tell it instead of going by a set cycle length
