Ticker - works in preview but not in posts?

Hello, please can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong as I'm confused :shrug: ?

When I preview this post the ticker is there but then it mysteriously disappears when I submit it :shrug:
 
i see the ticker from baby-gaga.com in your signature, is that the right one?
