tight feeling when laying down flat in bed?!

Hiya

Does anyone else ahve this, I am now 7dpo and when i lay down at night on my back, I feel a tight pulling sensation in my stomach? I know i'm propably just wishig for symptoms but just wondered if any of you ladies with a bfp had experienced this?x

I had pulling sensations & twinges just about every day. Also, one night while I was sitting on the couch, I felt like I couldn't relax my abs even though they were relaxed. I felt like I was constantly holding my stomach in.
