Tightening feeling

Hi ladies, I'm 13 weeks today and today and yesterday I've had tightening feelings in my uterus, it's like cramping but it's less like period pains and more like braxton hicks-type feeling, it's just got me really worried...I googled hoping for reassurance, but pretty much everything for 13 weeks talked about round ligament pain and this isn't that, it's a fairly constant pressure/tight feeling. Does anyone have any thoughts? I also had some moderate lower back pain earlier but that didn't last long.

I just had constant cramps like my period and extreme back pain the other day so I went to emergency and they ended up telling me I have a uti.

Oh ok, I actually have a uti at the moment!! I didn't think it could be related because it feels like my uterus but maybe it is 🤔 Thank you
