As the title says. I just had a few tightenings that moved into my back and down the side of my bum cheek. I havent laboured before as I was induced with my first and pretty much numb before any action kicked in, so I dunno what to expect. Am I ok to just go to bed and leave it til my appointment tomorro? I havent lost any fluid or my plug.

are they regular hun ive had this feeling over the past few days but they always subside after a while as your nt term yet i would maybe time them over an hour if they are regular i would maybe call ur mw/mat unit just to get checked xx

I had a few one after the other, never had anything like that before and it seems to have stopped for now I think, tho my lower back seems really heavy, if that makes sense? I hope little one can wait til the weekend at least:-( I had period cramps last night too. I'm feeling rather uneasy about it now as I dont know what to expect at all.

im the same hun i was induced with my dd and now every pain im petrified that its the beggining or that im not going to know when its the real deal lol x

So you have no idea what labours like either? Glad i'm not alone. With my son I was taken in, waters broke, had an epi, hooked up to a drip and 22 hours later I had a baby. felt no pain at all apart from braxton hicks. Other than that i'm pretty clueless about the whole process. My last birth ended with forceps too, so technically I didnt do much at all. I'm so not looking forward to natural birth and labour. X

Hun, I went in to false labour at 29 weeks and my contractions started at the top of my bump (like a knotting feeling) and the dispersed in to my back. My hips were achey but they were coming every 10 mins, regular as clockwork and lasted a minute. I think what you're getting are BHs as there isn't a pattern.

A warm bath, warm hottie or a little massage will help a great deal.

i was induced i had an epi but not untill further on but im still scared of not knowing lol cause everyne says induced is more painful im convinced ill getv contractions and not know as il think there to mild haha but im sure ill know x hows the pains now x
