Tilted uterus and early pregnancy

Hi Ladies! Any fellow retroverted uterus gals? I'd like to hear your symptoms and especially cervical position. I'm 5+2 weeks rn and my cervix is low firm and closed. Creamy cm. And sometimes I have lower back pain which I've heard is normal. I'm hoping to be able to go for an ultrasound very soon and I plan to ask my midwife about these questions at my first appointment.
